 i understand the sentiment...its like a pall comes aboard sometime on Sunday eve and stays with us thru the beginning of monday morn. This too shall pass.....as it does every week. ~~

 just look at Monday as being another step closer to Friday...It is only 24 hours long. you should sleep eight of those, leaving 16. Eat three good meals, leaving 13. not much more than half a day, just mile and say you are better than any ole Monday..
